MATTHEW SANDERS
Matthew has over 23 years of experience in the indoor environmental and restoration industry. Matthew’s is highly experienced in environmental inspection and remediation and restoration sciences. Matthew is an expert in structural visual surveys, infraed thermography, moisture assessment, sample collection, and building science. His high standards innovative approach in structural remediation literally set the standard in the Southern California for mold remediation industry. His work is still considered to this day to represent the highest standard of care in the mold remediation field.
Matthew is well known for his thoughtful and honest approach when helping clients with their projects and indoor assessments. Matthew has project managed and completed over 3,000 indoor environmental surveys, 5,000 mold remediations and has performed emergency services for over 3,000 water-damaged structures. Matthew is the past president and chairman of the board for the Carpet and Fabricate Institute (CFI), a non-profit shareholder of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
